The primary purpose of the Plan is to recognize employees contributions to the operations of the City of East Point by providing eligible employees with an opportunity to earn a pension benefit.

Retirement Plan Members:
The City of East Point Pension Board and Resource Centers will offer Pension Workshops and individual retirement appointments at the East Point Annex on Wednesday, September 23, and Thursday, September 24, 2026.

Wednesday and Thursday at 1:30 p.m.
East Point Annex
The workshops will provide information about your pension benefits and the latest Retirement Plan updates. No advance registration is required to attend a workshop.
ONE-TO-ONE RETIREMENT APPOINTMENTS
Individual 30-minute appointments are available for employees planning to retire in 2026 or 2027 who have not previously met individually with the Pension Service Provider.
